Camvale Tennis Club in Paulton is planning to host two free tennis courses for local school-children. Open to children aged five to eight, they will receive stickers, certificate and a brand new racket, all free of charge, if they attend the six-week programme of one hour each.

The coaching programme follows on from the success of last year’s initiative which resulted in 13,000 youngsters taking part nationwide. Head Coach, Brian Wessell, said: “We have recently attended the regional coaching forum which was led by Leon Smith (GB Davis Cup Captain) and are ready, motivated and excited about delivering this great programme of fun and learning.”

In addition, Camvale Tennis Club is also running an Easter Tennis Camp from Monday, 10th April to Friday, 14th April which will be open to children aged four to ten each morning from 9.30 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. and those aged eleven to fourteen in the afternoons, 1.30 p.m. until 4.30 p.m. For more details and to book a place please contact Brian Wessell on: 01761 412693 or mobile: 07732 401119.
