With just a few days to go, the organisers of this year’s M-Fest have confirmed the line-up and stage times for this year’s free community music festival.
This year there will be two stages, with a lorry stage in the High Street and an Acoustic Stage in the Hollies Garden.
The festival aims to continue the town’s musical heritage and celebrate the best of the area’s musical talent.
The Main Stage will, amongst others, feature performances from local rockers, The Venezuelan Pig Rustlers and The One Tones. Ninotchka bring European folk fresh from Glastonbury, and expect a party with Jamaican reggae hero, Troy Ellis and the fun loving Imperial Leisure. The Acoustic Stage is also packed full of local talent, including a headline performance from young duo, GUTS who broke through as the stars of last year’s Rotary Talent Competition.
Alongside the music will be a range of food, whilst the town’s High Street pubs will also be putting on entertainment throughout the day and after the bands finish. For more visit: www.midsomernortoncommunitytrust.co.uk or like the M-Fest page on Facebook.
