Angered by 'irresponsible' person, one Haydon resident wrote to The Journal, "Someone in the Radstock area has either paid a lot of money to have this asbestos disposed of, or just dumped it for the local authority to take care of.
"The pile of corrugated asbestos sheets have been dumped in the lay-by on Haydon Hill, just before the farm.
"Totally irresponsible behaviour."
