The local Camerton History Group is at present putting together an exhibition to illustrate the history of Camerton Church of England Primary School, which sadly closed in July 2018.
Can anyone help locate the beautiful celebration quilt which was handmade by the children and staff, completed by 1998?
The quilt depicts the supportive and co-operative ethos of the school at that time and is a valuable artifact in the history of the school.
Has some one got it stored in a safe place?
Please can anyone help us to solve this mystery to find the quilt so that past pupils, staff and interested public can view this unique beautiful piece of handy work at the exhibition. The local Camerton history group are hoping to host this at Camerton Community Hall on Sunday 15th October from 2 - 4 pm (all welcome).
