Last week’s Mystery Photograph proved quite difficult for some of you, with not as many correct answers as we would usually receive. We were at Chewton Mendip!

Well done all of those who guessed correctly: Simon Chard, Ivor Davis, Jonathan Griffin, Ann Baker and Christine Oatley, Elaine Bowen, Ryan via Twitter and Sally Bown, who have all been in touch with the right answer.

If you think you know the location of the photograph, supplied by Radstock Museum, and would like a mention next week, email: [email protected] or via Facebook or Twitter @MNRJournal. You can even send us a photograph of how it looks today.

A very big thank you to Radstock Museum, who continue to support this feature in partnership with The Journal.

The Museum’s ‘Memories over Elevenses’ event, held on the first Friday of the month from 10.30 a.m. until 12 noon, is where visitors can bring old photographs, objects and documents and share your stories. Complementary tea, coffee and cakes are on offer – please bring along a friend, or come alone and make some new ones!

Don’t forget, if you have your own Mystery Photograph that you would like to test our readers with, you can email us or pop in to our office on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays with your picture for us to scan and return.

Thank you!
