Police are appealing for the public's help to find wanted 41-year-old Kelvin Norris (pictured below). He is wanted for failing to appear in court and breaching a court order. He is white, around 5ft 9ins tall, of slim build, with dark hair. If you see him, or know where he is, please do not approach him but call 999.
