On Saturday, 15th July, Support Workers at Pinelea Day Centre decided to honour the achievements of volunteer gardener, Pat, after she single-handedly transformed the Court Garden.
To say thank you, the staff held a garden party with a few stalls, tombola, refreshments, books and bric-a-brac to raise funds for her lovingly-tended garden.
Despite being an overcast day with light showers, the party was well-attended by residents of Greenacres Court, Midsomer Norton, with live music performed by One CC. An impressive £170 was raised for the garden fund.
