Their songs took members back decades with renderings from the 1950s onwards. All well-known and familiar, but difficult to recall the artists.

One song not heard before was, ‘A Working Man’, originally by David Alexander, describing working in the mines of South Wales, which is appropriate for Chilcompton as it once had several coal mines.

Les and Geena were thanked for coming along at short notice and with such a varied and foot-tapping programme.
