The First Thursday Afternoon social returned last week, with a special New Year’s edition in which local entertainer, Colin Coombes, raised almost £150 for the Air Ambulance.

Midsomer Norton Community Trust’s popular monthly event took the opportunity to announce its full line-up for 2020, with fantastic entertainers throughout the year.

February’s event sees the return of Bennie Vee and in March, after finishing with The Sneakers, Paul Brimble returns with ‘Spirelaine’, for the first time in many years. Other acts lined up for this year include Russ Matthews and Niteshift.
