Fosse Way School pupils received a cheque for £1,047 from Andrew Wells last week.

Andrew belongs to a Freemasons Lodge in Keynsham, who raise money for local, national and international causes. This year, they chose to donate some charity money to Fosse Way School.

The school plans to use the money to buy a nest swing for its older pupils. The swing will help students to become more independent in regulating their sensory needs. It will also give them the opportunity to practise important life skills, such as sharing, working together and turn-taking.

Fosse Way School would like to say a huge thank you to Andrew and his Lodge friends for this donation.
