Leavers’ Day in our area is always an exciting one – with various modes of transport making its way through our towns and villages on the last day of school.

From tractors to space hoppers, there is always a new way for students to make an entrance. This year, Somervale School made it into the national press, with the area apparently being one of the most extravagant when it comes to Leavers’ Day and Prom events – quoting parents spending up to £400 for the big day!

Somervale pupils enjoyed a special celebratory breakfast on their last day, a Leavers’ Assembly and a Prom at Bath’s Hilton Hotel.
