Chilcompton’s 38th Flower Show takes place on Saturday, 2nd September, when residents of Chilcompton and Stratton-on-the-Fosse will showcase their garden produce, arts, crafts and cooking skills.

This year, the Queen’s Sapphire Jubilee is featured with a handmade card and floral arrangement. ‘Past its Sell by Date’ is the imaginative title of one of the photography classes.

Winners of the children’s classes will receive money prizes.

The organisers are hoping for lots of entries again this year from newcomers, as well as regular exhibitors. There is a class for everyone, so have a go. It’s lots of fun and an enjoyable day.
