Less than three in five A&E arrivals at Royal United Hospitals Bath seen within four hoursEntry forms will be available from Monday, 2nd December from the Co-operative, Westfield, Jones Convenience Stores, Westfield and Writhlington, Radstock Library and the Trinity Methodist Church Coffee Bar, in Radstock. Entry is free.
All 29 of the Star Trail locations will be in the Radstock and Westfield areas, where a large shiny star (red, blue, green, gold or silver) will be hanging at each site from Monday, 2nd December until Saturday, 21st December. Each location will be identified by a numbered window sticker. Upon each star, there will be a letter which must be recorded on the entry form, with the location, against the number reference (which will already be printed on the form). The individual letters will then need to be rearranged to spell out a Christmas greeting and this must be written on the entry form in the space provided.
Completed entry forms should be returned by hand or post to Mrs V. Montague (Holly Bank, Manor Road, Writhlington, Radstock BA3 3LX), Trinity Methodist Church, Radstock (through the letterbox or in the box in the Coffee Bar when open) or in the 'post box' at Trinity Methodist Church, Westfield. The Christmas Star Trail Vouchers for The Entertainer will be presented to the winning entrant attending a Star Trail presentation at Trinity Methodist Church, Radstock (formerly Radstock Methodist) on Saturday, 4th January 2014, starting at 2.30 p.m. The judge's decision will be final. Light refreshments will be served during this event. Good luck!
