New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to eight of Bath and North East Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to six restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Boston Tea Party at 8 Alfred Street, City Centre, Bath; rated on January 16

• Rated 5: Franco Manca at 12 Brunel Square, Bath; rated on January 11

• Rated 5: New Manor Farm Shop Tearooms at New Manor Farm, Bath Road, West Harptree, Bristol; rated on January 10

• Rated 5: Vino Vino at 4 Seven Dials, Sawclose, City Centre, Bath; rated on January 3

• Rated 5: Banana Tree Bath / Mimi's / What's Your Katsu at Banana Tree Bath, 15 Milsom Street, City Centre, Bath; rated on November 30

• Rated 4: The Hive at 16 Argyle Street, Bathwick, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset; rated on October 6
