B&NES Council has confirmed that the old library building in Midsomer Norton’s High Street is on the market.
A spokesperson for the local authority said: “The council has appointed agents to market the former library, with a view to supporting the work that is underway to regenerate Midsomer Norton High Street and encourage new business to thrive in the town.”
Midsomer Norton Library now has a new space within the Council’s One Stop Shop in the Hollies and is open throughout the week from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., except Fridays, when it closes at 4.30 p.m., and Saturday at 1 p.m.
