Staff at Barchester’s Bloomfield care home in Paulton, delivered Easter Cards to Paulton Junior School for the pupils to give their parents and grandparents. The staff and children at the school were extremely happy to receive the cards and had great fun colouring them in.

Residents at Bloomfield also enjoyed an eggs-tensive range of Easter activities, from an Easter Bonnet parade, egg painting, and other crafts, celebrations continued with hot cross buns and tea. Residents also tucked in to a delicious Easter meal of roasted spring lamb, spring greens, chantenay carrots and roast potatoes.

General Manager, Gail Stone said: “As always, we’ve all been looking forward to Easter. It’s such a nice time of the year – the residents love all the colourful Easter eggs and they’ve created some beautiful works of art at craft club, It’s really been an eggs-cellent day!”
