The Genesis Trust, a charity dedicated to helping homeless people, needs your help to fund the relocation of its Lifeline Centre, a drop in centre for homeless people in Bath.

At the moment, the centre is based in the vaults of Bath Abbey, but they need £10,000 to ensure they can relocate to a new home before the end of the year. The centre is used by up to fifty people a day, who need support with a variety of problems including mental health problems, money issues and homelessness.

Bath’s Quakers have offered the charity part of the Friends Meeting House as a new base, but more than £30,000 is needed to make the building safe to use. In order to raise the funds to find a new base, Genesis Trust has set up an online donation page, if you can help, please visit: http://goo.gl/0sC2Gi
