North Somerset's motorists will have four road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
But drivers will be able to take some solace in the fact that all of them are only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that four closures are due to start over the next two weeks:
• M5, from 10pm July 10 to 5am July 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 19 carriageway closed between the exit and entry slips for structure maintenance. Includes lane closures over Avonmouth Bridge. Diversion via exit and entry slips.
• M5, from 9pm July 19 to 6am July 20, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 21 - lane closure for electrical works.
• M5, from 9pm July 20 to 5am July 21, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 Both Directions, junction 21 to junction 22 lane closure for electrical works.
• M5, from 9pm July 24 to 6am July 26, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 22 to 21 lane closures for road markings.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
