Trustees of the Norton Down Africa Fund are celebrating its tenth year as a registered

charity. Although it remains a comparatively small charity, it has been able to support

hundreds of children over the years, in areas including Uganda, Zimbabwe and now with its concentration in Kenya.

The charity continues to fund four nursery schools in Kisumu, Kenya. Each nursery is able to accommodate thirty children with a fully qualified teacher, all stationery needs, a lunch is provided each day, and a school uniform when

graduating to Government-aided Primary School.

More recently, with the support of the local Bibles for Children Charity, each child is given a Bible as they continue their educational journey at local Government-aided schools.

We have recently launched a new website, where further information can be found: www.nortondownafricafund.com/

This coming Sunday, 14th August at 6 p.m., Rev. Roly will be leading a special Songs of Praise celebrating the work of the charity. Christine Button
