The PEOPLE charity shop in Radstock reopened on Monday this week, with a bright new look, thanks to refurbishment efforts by Bridges Electrical Engineers Ltd., based in Westfield, volunteers and trustees of the charity.

Mike Boulton, Chair of Radstock Town Council, attended the reopening, pictured with charity founder, Dr Jenny Clifford, Matthew Bridges, Managing Director of Bridges Electrical Engineers and Rob Widdowson, trustee of PEOPLE.

Jenny said: “We are now welcoming customers to the new shop and we think the revisions are an asset to the town’s regeneration. We hope our customers enjoy the new facilities.”

Mike Boulton said: “PEOPLE take electrical goods and so I will be donating a number of light bulbs to the store, which I hope will be useful.”
