Midsomer Norton Retail Estates, who submitted plans to redevelop the old Welton Bibby & Baron factory site, have lodged an appeal.

B&NES’ Development Control Committee argued that the plans did not provide enough detail, with the applicant stating that B&NES’ demands for 30% affordable housing is unviable, and that it can provide a full range of up-to-date information.
