POLICE are hunting for a man with links to Midsomer Norton and Bath after he breached conditions of his prison licence.

Thirty-five-year-old Joe Garland (pictured) is wanted on recall to prison after breaching conditions of his licence.

Garland is described as white, around 5ft 8 tall, of stocky build and with short blonde hair.

Police are urging the public not to approach Garland if they see him, but to instead call 999 or 101 with any information.
