On Thursday, 12th April from 7 p.m., non-party political groups, Bath for Europe and Leave2Remain, are hosting a panel evening at Midsomer Norton Town Hall to discuss and debate all things Brexit.

‘How do the residents of the broader B&NES community feel about the way the Brexit negotiations are proceeding?’

This is an informed and friendly ‘Question Time’–styled event, where local residents, both Leavers and Remainers, can question a panel about the Brexit issues that matter to them.

Questions such as: ‘Are my views being heard?’, ‘Can I trust Westminster to do what’s best for me and my family?’ and ‘Is it undemocratic to give the people a say on the final deal?’ are some of the main concerns people have

recently raised.

The panel will consist of representatives from the farming community, local business, the legal profession, Bath for Europe, Leave2Remain, EU nationals resident in the UK and others. Entry is by ticket only, available on the door or in advance at: leavetoremain.eventbrite.co.uk/ Questions should be submitted to: leave2remain [email protected]

This event has been organised by Leave2Remain and Bath for Europe, a non-party political group of residents from Bath and North East Somerset, determined to “keep the UK at the heart of the European Union.”
