A shopping arcade in the centre of Midsomer Norton is set to go to auction next month.

Holly Court, on the High Street, is home to several independent businesses and sits in the heart of Midsomer Norton, connecting the main car park and the town centre.

The arcade, which is fully let, is now for sale via auction, with bidding on the property taking place on 23 November.

There are currently 17 units in the arcade, with some doubled together for various tenants.

Businesses currently in the arcade according to the agent’s documentation include a cafe, a beauty salon, a soft play centre, a restaurant, an office, a hairdresser, an art activity shop, a fruit and vegetable shop, an independent retailer, a pizzeria and a tanning studio.

The arcade produces an annual rent of £98,973, which equates to £12 per square foot.

Holly Court is listed for auction with Lambert Smith Hampton, with a starting price of £875,000.
