Now that the excitement of Christmas, with all its fun and celebration of the birth of Jesus, is over, we have dedicated ourselves to another year of serving Him.

On Sunday mornings our church is alive with small children. We love to see them and are quite relaxed about them toddling around during the first part of our service until they go into the Sunday School room for their classes.

We then have our sermon talk from one of our regular preachers. We have been listening to four studies in Leviticus, the last of which will be, ‘God’s word about being Holy in an unholy world,’ on 29th January. A series on two Timothy will follow. One of the headings is, ‘Cheer up, things could be worse!’ - I’ll be interested to hear that.

Our evening services at 6 p.m. are smaller and informal and there is the opportunity to ask questions or make comments during this service.

Our children’s and young people’s work continues each week. Baby and toddler groups are here on Monday and Tuesday mornings. On Wednesday our Girls’ Brigade meets and on Thursday after school it’s time for the Boys’ Brigade. These are all happy and enthusiastic groups. Do get in contact with Kerin or ring me on 07392437355 or 01761 568817 for more information, or turn up at the Church on Wells Hill in Radstock. We will always be pleased to welcome you there.
