Fed up with litter on Radstock’s streets? A new initiative in conjunction with Radstock In Bloom and the Town Council could make that a thing of the past.

Volunteers are able to go along to Radstock’s Community Hub on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12 noon and 4 pm to pick up a litter picker and bag. Full bags of rubbish collected can then be tied up next to any bin in the town or at the main litter collection point in the Tom Huyton playpark car park.

Please do not pick up litter with your hands, but the equipment provided – hand sanitiser is available at the Hub and Tom Huyton toilet block for use before and after the litter pick. Please return your litter picker to the Hub when you have finished!
