Less than three in five A&E arrivals at Royal United Hospitals Bath seen within four hoursA total of 311 people had died in the area when the UK coronavirus dashboard was updated on January 5 (Thursday) – up from 304 on December 21.
They were among 13,185 deaths recorded across the South West.
The figures include anyone who died within 28 days of a positive test result for Covid-19, and whose usual residence was in Mendip.
