Current weather conditions have caused problems on our local roads.

Due to flooding last week and a severe drop in temperature more recently, roads have become dangerous and motorists are being urged to travel with care.

This morning, Avon & Somerset Police closed off Northdown Road due to bad weather.

Police are urging people to only make essential journeys and drive with caution.

Somerset Council have been out with their gritting teams to make sure the roads can be travelled on, but caution is still advised.
