Chilcompton Golden Hour Club was entertained this month by Singing Guitars, a U3A group.

Led by Charmain, the 12 strong group played and sang a variety of songs, spanning the decades from Elvis to Ed Sheeran. Their enjoyment in making music was matched by an appreciative, foot tapping audience singing along.

The Christmas lunch will be on 13th December and members are reminded to bring a wrapped present to the November meeting for the Christmas raffle, when they must also fill in their menu options.

On 8th November, a speaker from the Air Ambulance will give a talk on its work. This is open to all to come along and listen.
