Local resident, Terry Fisher, who published his first book last year, is pleased to announce that the run has now sold out, with profits going to the RUH, Bath.

The book, about the history of the Timsbury area, was entitled Amesbury and Timsbury: Just a Moment in Time and Memories Past 1922–2016 and was available from Health and More, The High Street and Connie’s Tea Shop, The Square, Timsbury.
Terry said: “I wish to thank all the people who purchased my book. With the added donations, a total sum of £2,300 was raised for the Royal United Hospital’s Forever Friends Cancer Care Campaign.”
The RUH have reported that this donation has contributed three walls, three rows and two bricks towards the building of the new centre.
