A very hot Bank Holiday Monday saw the yearly Wells Moat Boat Races take place, with Sun Chemical’s team, ‘Walk The Plank’ taking part to retain their crown. It was a great day had by all. The lads powered away in their six races and came first each time by a big margin, going forward to the Final and retaining their title. Two of the races were also sponsored by Sun Chemical. The rowers were: Paul Robinson, Graeme Beets, Tyler Hughes, Paul Prater, Frank Ford and John Hughes, ably assisted by Rick Hulme and Tracy Hunt.
