The Tabor Ringers were delighted to play at Tabor Independent Methodist Church in Timsbury for the Church’s 162nd Anniversary on 30th April.

There was a good congregation, and the Ringers played a selection of tunes as they arrived as well as taking part in the Service.

The Superintendent Methodist Minister Rev Simon Topping officiated and, during the Service, blessed the bells and hand chimes as this group was formed thirty years ago.

On Sunday, 14th May Mr E Barge, a change from the advertised Preacher, will lead a Christian Aid Service after which tea/coffee will be served.

Also on this Sunday donations will be received for the local Foodbank which is an ongoing monthly contribution.

Services are held fortnightly, but on the alternate Sundays a short informal Act of Worship takes place with tea/coffee being served.

A warm welcome will be received by anyone wishing to attend Services.
