Six Midsomer Norton teenagers who helped police talk down a distressed woman on the edge of a sheer drop near the Clifton Observatory will be recognised for their selflessness by Midsomer Norton Town Council. Their story featured in The Journal on 14th September.

The teens will be awarded outside of the Town’s Annual Community Awards for their good service at this weekend’s Beatles event. Mayor Paul Myers said: “This is a really good opportunity to provide a positive message to young people in the town and to congratulate them.”
