Timsbury Art Group are preparing for the start of the Autumn Term, which begins on September 8th.

They have had a few weeks to recharge their batteries after a successful Summer, which culminated with their Annual Exhibition at Wells Cathedral. They were encouraged by many complimentary remarks from the visitors, on their high standard, backed up by a good sales record.

St Cuthberts Mill awarded a prize for the Best Picture in the show, to our Chairman, Mrs Susan Macey.

The group are exhibiting their work at the Fosseway Cafe Gallery from September 8th – 21st, so those who missed us in Wells will have a chance to see some of our work there, open from 9 a.m – 4 p.m. each weekday. Proceeds will be donated to the Fosseway School.

The first Demonstration of the new term is to be a return visit from Arnold Lowry on November 10th. We also have a workshop with Paul Weaver on October 19th.
