There were delays in Radstock last Saturday morning as part of Wells Road had to be closed after an accident involving a tractor.

The tractor had suffered a steering problem, damaging both front wheels and crashing into an electricity pylon.

The road was closed and traffic diverted while the tractor was recovered and the post was safely removed and replaced. Thankfully, no-one was injured in the accident.
