Westfield Primary School did their bit for Sport Relief last week by taking on several sporting activities.

Everyone was involved in helping to raise money for amazing causes.

They did daily aerobics for staff, parents and children where they awarded ten free branded Westfield hoodies for family participation.

There was a staff netball match on Friday lunch time, where all of the children sat and watched their teachers go up against one another.

They also put on a sport mufti day on Friday so all of the children and staff attended school in non-uniform.

They introduced yoga to the year six classes which will be ongoing for six weeks and a rugby coach worked with the whole school on Monday to teach them all about tactics and skills.

Westfield managed to raise an impressive £318.60 to go towards the Sport Relief total.
