TWO young boys, believed to be in their early teens, reportedly discharged an air rifle at vehicles and homes in Bath on Monday.
Avon and Somerset Police are now appealing for witnesses and information after a report was received of two boys discharging an air weapon in the direction of vehicles and properties in Bloomfield Road and The Wellsway at around 5.50pm on Monday, July 28.
The first boy is described as white and wearing a black cloth cap and tank top. The second boy is described as Black and wearing a light blue T-shirt.
Police are appealing for witnesses or anybody who can identify the two boys to come forward.
Inspector Dudley Bond, of the neighbourhood policing team, said: “We have not received any additional reports of this kind, and we believe this to be an isolated incident.
“It is crucial for air rifle owners to act responsibly and familiarise themselves with the relevant legislation.”
