A brighter day for all with sunny spells and isolated showers, mostly in the west. Windy with coastal gales first thing, but winds easing later. Feeling chillier than of late. Maximum temperature 11 °C.
Tonight:
Mostly dry this evening with somewhat lighter winds for a time. However, turning very windy and wet overnight with heavy rain and severe coastal gales by the morning. Becoming mild. Minimum temperature 6 °C.
Saturday:
Cloudy, wet and very windy during the morning. Turning more showery by the middle of the day some sunny intervals and showers during the afternoon. Staying windy and turning colder. Maximum temperature 13 °C.
Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:
Turning much colder with overnight frosts. Sunny spells and heavy blustery showers on Sunday, with showers or perhaps longer periods of wintry precipitation on Monday and Tuesday. Windy at times.
