MINSTRELS 30 TUDOR 26

Last weekend, the Minstrels netball team played against Tudor, from Taunton. The game was a close one throughout, with the first quarter ending in a three-goal lead to Tudor, (5–8).

In the second quarter, Minstrels had some epic interceptions from attack and defence throughout the court, which resulted in the score being neck and neck at half time, (13–13).

The third quarter was an interesting one, where members of both teams ended up on the floor numerous times. Tudor managed to claw back a slight lead of 20–21 but Minstrels still had fight left in them.

The fourth quarter was nail-biting, and with Minstrels wanting the win, just pipping Tudor to the post with the final score of

30–26. The mighty Emmas (Dury and Weskin) getting Player and Woman of the Match. A brilliant final game of 2019 for Minstrels.
