Paulton Rovers' annual presentation night was well attended by players, officials and supporters, giving them a chance to say farewell to retiring Manager, Nick Bunyard, and his Assistant, Paul Milsom.
Football Chairman, Dave Bissex, thanked Nick for taking Rovers to its highest ever league place and the success in consolodating a tenth place finish in the Southern Premier League and the great support from Paul for his hard work over seven years.
Youth Team Assistant Coach, Adam Gould, spoke on behalf of Manager, Tim Curtis, who was on holiday. He said the side of mainly sixteen-year-olds battled hard and everything boded well for next season.
Nick Bunyard thanked everyone for the support during his tenure over the last three-and-a-half years and looked forward to attending a number of future games.
Dan Riddle received the Under-18s Manager's Player of the Year, Under-18s Players' Player went to Jack Crook, Supporters' Player of the Season was won by Ashley Williams, Players' Player of the Year, Jon Davies, Manager's Player of the Season, Captain Scott Brice.
Everyone then enjoyed a great curry, prepared by the Alime family, whose sixteen-year-old son made his First Team debut during the season, assisted by club official, Sue Parsons.
