Chilcompton Sports Under-9’s shot their way into the new season with a sponsorship from Hamburger Hill Paintballing.

The Under-9’s side is made up of nineteen players which has been split into two teams – sports and colts. Both teams play in the Midsomer Norton Youth Football League.

Managers, Ben Player and Jason Morris were in need of a new kit for the expanding team and Russell Steel, Director of Hamburger Hill Paintballing, which is located in Common Wood, Bristol, was more than happy to help the local side. Their donation towards kit even covered the cost of new footballs and a day out at the premier paintballing venue for some of its players.

Manager, Ben, said: “We are extremely grateful to Hamburger Hill for their generous sponsorship, they have given above and beyond what we were seeking, and the kids had an absolute blast when they visited the site for a game of Pulse Ranger.”

Hamburger Hill Director, Russell Steel, said: “I have known Ben and Jason for a number of years and when they came to me seeking sponsorship for their team, I was more than happy to help.

“It was great to meet some of the team members and they all looked good in their new kit, I wish them all the best for the season moving forward.”
