Wellow Parlour Shop, run by community volunteers who wanted to keep their village facility open, has been targeted by thieves.
The shop was burgled on Friday, 2nd June at approximately 1.15 p.m. and a significant amount of money was stolen.
Information is being sought on two men, one white (5’8) dressed in tracksuit bottoms; one black (5’10) dressed in a purple polo shirt. They were driving a green Citroen Xsara Picasso or similar and were last seen heading in the direction of Peasedown St John.

Wellow Parlour Shop was saved in 1997 when the previous owner had to close the business. A group of like-minded villagers set about to save the valued facility and have worked hard to make sure it continues to be successful.
