Come down to Midsomer Norton High Street on Saturday, 2nd April, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., for a preview of what will be on offer at this year’s Midsomer Arts Festival!
The event will include free activities, including mosaic
making, petal decorating and paper and card flower making. There will be displays of paintings and photographs along the riverside and other artworks, including flags, large decorated shovels, bunting and banners created by local children.
The full Midsomer Arts Festival will take place between Friday, 17th and Saturday, 25th June. Many events have already been confirmed, including an arts and crafts market on the Hollies Gardens on Saturday, 18th June, with live music and workshops and a large exhibition of art works at the Town Hall.
Performances include a feature film screening, and a double-bill of renowned singer songwriters, Reg Meuross and Paul Armfield on Sunday, 19th June at Midsomer Norton Town Hall. There will also be a concert by local students at the
Midsomer Norton Library on Tuesday, 21st June and Bath Opera are performing Madame Butterfly again at the Town Hall on Friday, 24th June.
