Acorn Preschool, in Paulton, held its Easter Hat Competition last Tuesday. In front of
parents, grandparents and carers, the children proudly paraded, showing off their wonderfully designed individual hats. Joy Comer (pictured) who runs Acorn Preschool, explained how all the children had been involved and hugely enjoyed the event. On behalf of Paulton Parish Council, Liz Hardman (pictured), presented the winners with a prize. Liz commented that it was an almost impossible task to choose, because the standard was so high. The best girl’s hat was Taylor Wilkins and the best boy’s, Joseph Reed. Paulton Parish Council supplied the prizes.
