The Radstock and Westfield Big Local Dragon’s Den is back on Saturday, 17th September.

Doors open at 4 p.m. and the event starts at 4.30 p.m. at Victoria Hall, Radstock and will see community groups apply for funding, which has to benefit communities in Radstock and Westfield. Applicants will have to answer questions about their ideas by local ‘dragons’, including Journal Editor, Becky Brooks, before the public vote. There will be ten prizes of up to £500 up for grabs!

The closing date for applications is 5 p.m. on Friday, 9th September. Remember, you have to be in it to win it! There will be a buffet on the night with free entry and entertainment via the Victoria Hall’s Acoustic Café which will follow the event and sees Emi McDade headlining.
