Radstock Town Council heard on Monday evening that some of B&NES Council’s meetings will be returning online.

With Covid rates increasing locally and last week’s stark warning of service interruptions over winter, Cllr Chris Dando, Labour’s Ward Councillor for Radstock, said the Council was contingency planning for disruption to services such as rubbish and recycling collections, but that it could be a “difficult winter”. He also expressed concerns over levels of coronavirus in local schools and said it would be “sensible” to prepare for another lockdown.
