The BBC News coverage team visited Active Robots, in Chilcompton, last week to film for this week’s special report on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics.
Rory Cellan-Jones, the BBC’s Technology Correspondent and his production team spent the day filming with the robots and interviewed several staff members.
Rory spent a lot of time interacting with the different types of robots available at Active Robots, but in particular, took a shine to the NAO robot, a 2ft tall humanoid robot who walks, talks and even dances!
Active Robots has now featured in several prime time TV shows as more and more people are becoming interested in robotics.
