Almost fifty volunteers and friends of Somerset Coalfield Life at Radstock Museum enjoyed beautiful weather during their recent guided tours of Camerton Court Gardens, which included a group hug of a 200+ year-old Giant Redwood tree.
The tours were hosted by Julieann Biggs and included excellent tea and cake in the Orangery. All proceeds from these events were donated to the Museum.
In recent years, these superb gardens have been planted with tens of thousands of single and double snowdrops that now produce a magnificent annual display, providing enjoyment for the family, friends and visitors. The Biggs family are currently planning dates and times for guided group walks for February 2020.
