The Community Cinema returns to Midsomer Norton Town Hall next weekend with three fantastic new films.

First up is British comedy-drama The Duke, starring Jim Broadbent and Helen Mirren, on Friday, 25th March at 7.30 pm. In 1961, Kempton Bunton, a 60-year-old taxi driver, steals Goya’s portrait of the Duke of Wellington from the National Gallery in London.

Then on Saturday, 26th March at 2.30 pm is Disney’s Encanto. A Colombian teenage girl has to face the frustration of being the only member of her family without magical powers.

This is followed by Cyrano at 7.30 pm. Too self-conscious to woo Roxanne himself, wordsmith Cyrano de Bergerac helps young Christian nab her heart through love letters.

These screenings will again take advantage of the HD big screen cinema set up, 7.1 Full Dolby Surround Sound System with refreshments ranging from popcorn and ice-cream to drinks from the fully licenced Sarah Ann Bar.
