Members of Holy Trinity Church, High Littleton are celebrating with the church being awarded £10,000 by the Big Lottery Fund to help towards the repair of the boundary wall and railings, located opposite the primary school.
Parts of the wall are in a poor state of repair and the adjoining pavement is used daily. It was considered that if left unattended, there would be a potential hazard to users but the church was unable to wholly fund the project.
The Church Council was delighted with the news of the Lottery Award which will enable work to commence later this summer!
